Frequently asked questions

How far in advance should i reach out about a commission request?

It is a minimum of 1.5-2 months for small/medium custom pieces to arrive to you. Larger pieces can obviously take significant time, so it is best to reach out as soon as you’re able.

My piece arrived broken. What do I do?

Please contact me immediately upon receipt of your item via our contact page or Instagram. Assuming reasonable damage was incurred, I will work with you on a case-by-case basis to come to a solution, whether it be fixing your original piece or sending you a new one.

My piece is looking cloudy or showing “white mold”. What do I do?

Not to worry! It just needs a polish. Click here to view my tips and recommendations for glass maintenance.

Do you vend at in-person events?

Yes! Keep an eye on my Instagram to stay up-to-date on future scheduled events. If you’d like to book an event with me, please contact me here.

Do you host any stained glass classes?

Large classes are not available at this time, but the availability of any small group/individual courses will be advertised on my Instagram as they become available.

Can i request more pictures of a piece?

Absolutely! Since lighting can drastically change the way glass appears, sometimes the many beauties of a piece are hard to capture in a simple picture. If you’d ever like more shots of a certain piece, please reach out to me on my contact form or via Instagram to receive assistance.

Do you fix broken pieces for free?

This is discussed on a case-by-case basis. Click here to contact me for assistance.
